We are looking for an Investment Implementation Specialist from Inowrocław and nearby localities.
Requirements:
• technical education, preferably in building and construction,
• ability to read technical drawings,
• use of norma, autocad, word, excel programs
• higher technical education,
• proficient use of computers,
• driving licence for vehicles in category B,
• conscientiousness, creativity, independence, dedication,
• ability to plan and organise work,
• ambition and involvement in the responsibilities,
• communication skills and openness in relations with others,
• responsibility, independence, conscientiousness,
• min. 2 years of experience on a similar post,
• Dynamism in action.
Range of responsibilities:
• sending queries to: subcontractors, wholesalers, producers,
• selection of suppliers and contractors for the investment, negotiation of cooperation conditions,
• preparation of purchase documentation,
• verification of supplied: deliveries, purchase documentation,
• verification and preparation of as-built documentation,
• investment settlement,
• describing documents,
• introducing documents to the programme,
• driving licence for vehicles in category B.
• reporting the performed tasks on a regular basis.
Work from Monday to Friday from 8.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. in the office in Jaksice (5 km from Inowrocław)

A scope of responsibilities:
• supervision over subordinates, equipment, material supplies and subcontractors,
• absolute responsibility for order on the construction site,
• preparation of as-built documentation,
• implementation of cost assumptions and timeliness of construction,
• measurements
• preparation of orders,
• reporting on the progress of works.
Our requirements from the candidates
• experience on construction sites as Site Manager,
• experience in finishing works,
• very good command of health and safety at work regulations,
• proficient use of computers,
• good command of AUTOCAD, NORMA, WORD and EXCEL programmes
• driving licence for vehicles in category B,
• authorisation to manage construction works,
• conscientiousness, creativity, independence, dedication,
• readiness to go away on business
• a tight cooperation with other site managers to fulfil the contract,
• ability to plan and organise work,
• ambition and involvement in the responsibilities,
• communication skills and openness in relations with others,
• responsibility, independence, conscientiousness,
